The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Howarth Holdings LLC, Philip Howarth. Applicant proposes installation of a 3500 Gallon Tight Tank and abandonment of existing leach bed at property located at 10 Ellis Road, Map 22, Parcel 18.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ron and Gail Edson. Applicant proposes septic system upgrade and repair at property located at 25 Split Rail Road, Map 11, Parcel 064.
Notice of Intent filed by Mahala Busselle Bishop, Trustee. Applicant proposes removing and rebuilding existing sunroom and construct an addition to a sunroom at property located at 145 Goody Hallett Drive, Map 20, Parcel 057.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert L. and Edie A. Lekites for DEP SE 19-1139 for demolition of dwelling and construction of new dwelling and landscape plan at property located at 20 Boat Meadow Way, Map 19, Parcel 013.
